the window stood there, open and clear...
it was hard to control, his mind wouldnt steer..
he had seen her before, by the window sill...
oh! they were photos, where she was still...
now he could see, the princess moving around...
thats when he knew, his joy had no bound..
dressed she was, in black and black..
his favorite color, he kept looking back...
she showed her palace, and he his hut..
all this happened, with the door firmly shut..
a certain random wind, would come barging in...
when view of the window, would quickly become thin...
he longed to see her again, to look into her eyes...
to jump out of the window, would certainly be nice...
he loved his beautiful angel, but this wait was a travail...
he wanted the life to end, but his love to prevail...
he thought of the princess, the fairy came in a zap...
there was a wand-tap, and he was on her lap....
the princess whispered, oh - this is surreal...
